CHX Heat interchanger core extractor use instructions
Core extractor is the special purpose equipment for refinery overhaul heat interchanger, which may manufacture many kinds of specifications according to the heat interchanger diameter.
It is to make the Y series electric motor and the BWD planet-cycloid gear speed reducer drive and to drive by ladder screw with the characteristics of the big full, steady core, laborsaving, time-saving and not damage the core, which is the ideal heat interchanger overhaul equipment for refinery after the practice proved.
Its merit is the large power, steady and safe running, It＇s the refinery overhaul personnel＇s right hand.
Use method:
First, to fill up gear oil in the speed reducer gear box; the lubricating oil is the 40#-50# machine oil, or the speed reducer special-purpose grease lubricant.
Second, to replace the fresh oil after 160 hrs later for first oil filling and running, the bearing grease lubricant should replace once a year at least.
Third, to peak the core of the core extractor with hoisting jack, to peak the core extractor tailstock tightly against the core extractor outer shell flange end, to drill the outer-shell flange hole and to fixup the screw between tailstock and core extractor
Fourth, the steel wire rope winds the core of core extractor and another end connect and fixup with nut. After inspecting inerrably, the motor starts to work.
Fifth, to put two load vehicle beside the core end; the first load vehicle near the nut should be higher than another load vehicle, (according to the scene situation to decide). The core extracted and contacted with first load vehicle, when reach a certain distance, the core must fall on another load vehicle until the core extracted completely.
